Danny Granger earns millions playing basketball for the Indiana Pacers, but that’s not stopping the All-Star forward from trying to earn a little extra money on the side by renting out his sleek Hollywood Hills, CA home. The NBA landlord-to-be is looking for a tenant with baller status in the cash department- to rent Granger’s one will need to produce a monthly rent check of $25,000 (at that price, you’d still think the lockout was still going on), not to mention a nice chunk of change for the security deposit. It was less than two months ago that Granger came to own the 5,410-square-foot contemporary home, paying $3.715 million for the property in late July.  Built to contour to a slanted lot, the eye-catching abode sports a modern minimalist feel thanks to a stark façade, rows of glass and a tiered design. Although the style is minimal, there is no shortage of amenities inside Granger’s luxe pad, of which range from a theater room to an exercise room and sauna to a pool area complete with a cabana and bar. Spurs Legend Avery Johnson Lists Texas-Sized Mansion

It’s kind of surprising that an athlete with the nickname Little General would own one of the biggest mansions in Texas. Then again, that kind of thinking goes against the grain of a core Lone Star state principle: “Everything’s bigger in Texas.” Hammering this point home is none other than Avery Johnson, former San Antonio Spurs point guard and NBA head coach and owner of this “insanely massive” 14,396-square-foot manse. According to our friends at Busted Coverage , the Little General has his marching orders and is looking to sell the monster property, listing the seven-bedroom estate in May for the Texas-sized price of $9 million . Sited on 1.69 acres in Spring, TX , Avery’s oversized mansion isn’t lacking in luxury. Marble flooring, grand pillars and detailed molding and trim are found throughout and give the interior a Grecian-contemporary look. The Little General’s place also has amenities aplenty, including a wood-paneled office and library that spans two floors, basketball-court-themed bedrooms and a game room with a wet bar. Last but certainly not least, the athlete digs has a pool with fancy water features.

Carlos Santana Drops Big Money on Rock Star Pad in Vegas

Carlos Santana may be selling his Las Vegas home, but that doesn’t mean he’s moving far. The legendary musician recently shelled out big bucks on another house in the Ridges at Summerlin, right next door to the luxe contemporary he listed last month for $3.75 million . Although the two homes are comparable in size, comparable in price they are not: Santana paid $3.5 million for his original Sin City digs, while his swank new spread closed at $6 million. Why the big price difference? Oh, probably the host of high-end features befitting a rock star

Chan, known for his outrageous stunts and for incurring over 200 injuries in his career, has even outdone himself this time. Jackie, who said that working with the dogs required extreme patience, also revealed he received a dog bite while filming. Since the only way he could endear himself to the dogs was by playing with them and giving them treats, in one scene Jackie still had the scent of food on his hand so the dog nipped it, drawing blood.
